Estimates & Timelines

Given the extremely short turnaround on this project, timelines are for all intents and purposes asap. If I have something to show you sooner than listed below, then I will absolutely be doing that. That said, the dates listed are essentially where we’ll run into issues if we don’t meet them.

Brand development

Estimate: ~$2500

• Includes two initial logo designs
• One round of feedback/revisions (extra possible but will effect estimate/timeline)
• Final delivery of assets including print/web ready asset package, and colour guide

Timeline: ~1 week

• Initial delivery to Unite: Thursday, December 11th by EOD
• Feedback delivered to Squadcar: Friday, December 12th by EOD
• Final delivery to Unite: Monday, December 15th by EOD

Single page brand introduction

Estimate: ~$2500

• Domain/DNS/hosting setup
• Wordpress setup
• One page design & development

Timeline: ~1 week

• Initial mockups/wireframes delivered to Unite: Thursday, December 18th by EOD
• Feedback delivered to Squadcar: Friday, December 19th by EOD
• Final delivery/launch: Monday, December 22nd by EOD

E-commerce site

Estimate: ~$6000

• Domain/DNS/hosting setup
• Wordpress setup
• Woocommerce and required plugins setup
• Design & development of:
  • General site theme (header/navigation/footer/etc)
  • Homepage
  • Combined catalogue & product page
  • Simple content page template.

Timeline: ~3 weeks

• Initial mockups/wireframes delivered to Unite: Thursday, December 18th by EOD
• Feedback delivered to Squadcar: Friday, December 19th by EOD
• Final delivery/soft launch: Tuesday, December 30th *
• Bug fixes: January 2nd - 6th *

* I’m hoping we can get away with this, given you control customer access, and presuming that there won’t be anyone at the LCRB anyway doing any stress testing on the website.
